Personal Visit & Valuation

At the earliest opportunity, we will visit you at your property and guide you step-by-step through the process of letting your property, answering the many questions you may have. You will be advised of the best rental you may hope to achieve for your property, and the type of tenant you might be interested in. We will also discuss the most suitable management package to suit your individual needs.

This service is offered without obligation and completely free of charge.

Your Options On The Service We Provide

Many Landlords prefer a hands-on involvement in the process of letting and managing their properties, whilst others may opt for a Fully Managed service. The circumstances of our clients vary enormously – from going to work overseas, to property investment, from divorce or separation, to job relocation. We prefer to use as many internal shots to show off your property and highlight all its features & selling points.

At the touch of your button, your property specification can be matched to appropriate tenants on our database to shortlist potential candidates.

Finding the Right Tenant

WE take care to match landlord’s individual requirements to the needs and desire of tenant’s, often turning are unsuitable applicants until we are confident the most appropriate solution has been found.
