Lanes Rentals Maintenance division allows both landlord and tenant alike direct contact with the contractors responsible for all property repairs, allowing tenants to report faults directly.

In 2006 Lanes went into partnership with Grayster Maintenance, a local, reputable company with over twenty years local experience of property maintenance to manage all property maintenance issues no matter how big or small!

Each individual landlord's requirement can be catered for " some have service agreements with other provider's e.g. British Gas Homecare policy, or prefer to make small repairs themselves. Our maintenance team will liase with both tenant & landlord to ensure any faults are quickly and cost effectively repaired.

Usually a float amount is pre-agreed with the Landlord and this allows quick repairs to minor problems without the need to contact landlords for each and every repair.
